I’ll do all the research for you identifying the keywords you should optimize for based on your industry and competitor data.
This 15-30 minute video highlights the SEO Keyword Analysis and Proposed SEO Pages documents and discusses new content recommendations, high priority pages, and the keywords associated to each page.
Once the audit is complete, we will reconvene three weeks later with anyone from your team to answer any questions, and help you with next steps.
Looking at how well search engines can crawl your site and index your content. Some areas I will focus on is: unoptimized images, CSS image requests, caching, and page speed factors. I will also look at the site architecture to ensure that your website will not run into crawl or redirecting issues.

While we aim to ensure that your website is currently optimized for the right keywords, we will also look at content you can add in the future to increase the amount of keywords being optimized on your site. We will look beyond the pages currently being scheduled for your website and create a content plan moving forward to build on said pages for organic purposes.
This looks at inbound links from other websites to your site. Links from authoritative sites are seen as a "vote of confidence" in Google's eyes. This helps Google trust your website more and will help you rank over time. You will receive recommendations for future opportunities to gain links in the future.

My SEO audit is built specifically for your company. It contains 2 reports that are usually over 50 pages long that specifically let you know what needs to be improved on your website, along with instructions on how to do it, and exactly which URLs are the problem. I also include a Video that walks through your report so that you can learn as you go through the SEO report.

I will send you an SEO Agreement that you will sign that will explain what you will receive, when it is due (approx. 1 month later), and the price ($5000 or $10,000) .
I will send you an invoice that you can choose to either pay all at once through plooto or wire transfer, or 50% upfront, and just before delivery.
I will then send you a getting started guide that will ask you for all the permissions I need (Google Search Console, Google Analytics), as well as, a strategy questionnaire for you to fill out.
One month later I will deliver your SEO audit to your email. It usually takes about 2-3 weeks for customers to watch all the videos and get their questions together.
We will meet for an Ask Me Anything hour session to go over any questions you have about the SEO audit with as many people as you need.
Your SEO audit is meant to have everything you need to complete the strategy for your website. But understandably you may not have the time or resources to complete it.
While I do not do retainers, I can help you with specific projects that were outlined in the audit.
Here we can discuss what resources you need (developer, content writer, link building), and I can help you with 1-2 month projects.
I can also help with strategy sessions as a mentor, or guide in case you just need someone to bounce ideas off of, or a confidence boost!
Don’t worry – while I do create an SEO audit that will give you everything you need to get your SEO strategy off the ground, I would never leave you hanging.
